Free Multilingual Koreatown Community Resource Day, this Saturday, July 11
Public Counsel, a nonprofit law firm based in Koreatown that has provided free legal services to the Los Angeles community for 55 years, will host Koreatown Community Resource Day on Saturday, July 11, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
This free, multilingual event is designed to connect neighbors and families with trusted legal information, community resources, and local organizations. The event will feature Know-Your-Rights presentations on immigrants’ rights, medical debt, tenants’ rights, family preparedness, and education rights. Presentations and materials will be available in English, Spanish, and Korean.
The event will also include community resource tables, food, raffles, kids’ activities, and more.
Community partners, including KYCC, CARECEN, The Karsh Center, and the LA County Office of Immigrant Affairs, will join Public Counsel.
